Everybody knows that deep fried food tastes great! Deep frying has been around for thousands of years and rightfully so. There is simply no other cooking method that makes food taste so good. The Microfryer was born out of our personal disappointment with trying to make great-tasting hush puppies in an airfryer. After dozens and dozens of attempts we came to the simple conclusion that hush puppies and deep frying are joined at the hip!
So why is it that deep frying isn't very popular?

- deep frying isn't healthy - that's because healthy oil is expensive; ours only needs 1 cup so you can afford a healthy oil like avacado
