Short Stem Probe

The Escali AHC1 Candy and Deep Fry Thermometer is our recommended thermometer for use with The Microfryr.  It is the perfect length and we have found that it is more responsive than major brand thermometers on the market.  That said, this is not an instant-read thermometer so please refer to our Microfryr Instructions for tips on how to heat your oil without burning it.
